Bundling

Ferag’s MultiStack and SmartStack compensating stackers cover bundling requirements across all performance categories. The two models are distinguished by their tough construction, functional and compact design, and highly efficient drive technology with no pneumatics. Using servo motors, all sequences from stack separation through lifting and turning to bundle ejection are low-inertia, precise and synchronized. MultiStack and SmartStack compensating stackers can be equipped with online topsheet production as a further option. MultiStack and SmartStack are fed via ascending belt directly off the press, or via the UTR or TTR conveyor system.
